Year Groups Year One
Welcome to Year One!!! In Year One this year there are 23 children! We are very lucky to have two teachers, Miss Craven in the morning and Mrs Cullen in the afternoon. We also have the fabulous Miss Mike to help us in our classroom!
In our classroom, teachers and students alike come from different places around the world! We like to bring all of our experiences together to make a positive learning environment for everyone! In our classroom we speak many different languages including Kurdish, French, Chinese, Turkish and Thai. We love to have fun in our learning, and we are really good at working hard! We are learning about lots of exciting things this year, at the moment we are exploring the topic of Ourselves! We are also working really hard on our Reading, Writing and Numeracy!
We are really excited to be going to see the Proms for primary school children in October. This makes us very happy as we really like music. Our teachers are busy organising other trips for us to extend our learning.
