  • Welcome to St. Andrew''s Barnsbury C.E. Primary School

St Andrew's replaced a victorian school built in 1867 and attached to the church of St Thomas, Hemingford Road.  When the parish of St Thomas was merged with St Andrew's Church, Thornhill Square, in 1954, the pastoral care of St Thomas' School was taken over by St Andrew's. After many years of planning St Andrew's (Barnsbury) Church of England Primary School was opened in a new airy and modern building inSeptember 1984.

They are committed to providing stimulating learning activities that will ensure children leave St Andrew’s with the skills and knowledge that will prepare them for life long learning - OFSTED REPORT

St Andrew's is a small, friendly and caring school where everyone is valued.  We are very proud of our school and we will be happy to show you around.
